Description: Seattle native Jeff Driscoll's knives are unique, dramatic creations. A plumber by day and knifemaker by night, Jeff loves using handmade knives as his art canvas. Sidewinder is handmade by him and there isn't another knife exactly like it!
The mosaic multi-bar pattern damascus blade was forged from carbon steels by Gregory Verizhnikov in the Ukraine. Gregory is an armorer, sword maker, blacksmith, knifemaker, and mosaic damascus maker living in Lviv. The intricate pattern is immediately captivating and draws attention for closer examination. A heat blued finish makes the blade particularly dramatic! Because this knife is forged from carbon steels, we recommend camellia oil to avoid rust and oxidation.
The handle is a piece of sixty year old stag with plenty of natural texturing to provide excellent grip. Spacers are burgundy Micarta with geometric copper inlays. The bolster and end cap are satin finished brass.
This knife includes a black leather sheath with brass rivets for right-handed carry and a brown leather sheath with copper rivets for left-handed carry.
Nice work throughout!
