Description: Mastersmith Tommy Gann makes an exceptional knife. His sense of design is only matched by his skill of implementation. This Coke Bottle Slipjoint is exceptionally well made and will feel right at home whether in a private collection or carried daily in the pocket.
The clip point blade is 52100 carbon steel. A hand rubbed satin finish lends an heirloom quality to the knife. Many knifemakers and users feel that 52100 is among the highest performing steels currently used to make knives. A long nail nick makes it easy to open the knife. The blade has smooth, consistent action and a firm half stop, easily opened with a light pull.
Black Micarta scales are set on stainless steel liners. The coke bottle shaped handle s extremely comfortable and will carry easily in the pocket. Polished 416 stainless steel front and rear bolsters are perfectly fit to the scales.
Exceptional work throughout!
