Description: This exceptional fighter was made by Argentinian brothers Claudio, Ariel, and Marcelo Sobral. This fighter is a hallmark of their work, from the tightly controlled damascus, to the oversized harpoon tip and recurve cutting edge. This large fighter is sure to impress anyone who picks it up!
The damascus blade is made from hand forged damascus -- combining 1095 and 15n20 carbon steels. The large blade is sure to handle any heavy duty tasks like chopping with ease. The large swedge stops just short of fully sharpened and could easily be sharpened if desired. The blade is flat ground and razor sharp.
The handle is contoured from Arizona desert ironwood and stag, secured using a hand domed pin. It is among the most comfortable handles you will ever feel. It is fit perfectly to a 420 stainless steel guard. The knife has exceptional balance and feels great in the hand.
To protect the knife during storage and transportation, a leather sheath made by Marcelo Sobral is included. The sheath is tooled and features black snakeskin inlay. A leather zipper pouch embossed with the CAS knives logo is included for storage.
Exceptional work throughout!
