Description: Award winning Swedish knifemaker Henry Hildén created this exquisite sole authorship Puukko. The fit and finish throughout is exceptional. This knife has been in a private collection since it was made in 2002. It has been meticulously cared for and by all appearances, Henry could have made it yesterday.
The blade combines sculpted ancient mammoth ivory with textured sterling silver. The handle is nicely shaped for a sure, comfortable grip. The right side of the handle is inlaid with a series of sterling silver pins.
The knife is accompanied by a traditional Swedish leather sheath. Details on the sheath are made from matching sterling silver.
Exceptional work throughout from one of the great Swedish knifemakers!
