Description: The biltong is a traditional South African knife designed for cutting beef jerky. Kevin and Heather tell us that South Africans cut their own jerky at home, rather than having the butcher do it for you. This biltong is an integral Damascus blade of Heather's forging. The "Bubble & Squeak" pattern is clear and well etched, creating a very dramatic effect, as I've come to expect from the "Damsel of Damascus". The giraffe shin scales of the handle add an additional ethnic touch.
